Bulgur with parsley and lemon

With the flu season in full swing, I am looking for ways to increase my little ones' vitamin C intake. I came across a very simple recipe for bulgur with lemon to be used as a side dish and realised my little one liked it too!

Ingredients:
1 cup bulgur
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp fresh parsley (optional)
2 tsp lemon juice (preferably using fresh lemons)
Salt to taste

Method:
In a pot, cover bulgur with water and boil until it becomes tender.
Drain the water once it's cooked
Sprinkle the parsley, lemon juice and salt.
Mix it all up and serve!
