Red Pepper Pizza!

Did you know red pepper contains Vitamin C three times more than oranges! A great way to keep our families healthy would be to add red peppers to our diets. This pizza is a wonderful way to add red peppers to your pizza. My toddler started eating this pizza when she was 17 months old!

Ingredients:
1 red pepper diced
4 tomatoes diced
1 onion diced
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp oil
1 Kraft shredded mozarella
1 Kraft shredded chedder
1 frozen pizza base

Saute the onions in olive oil. After a few minutes, add garlic paste, saute for two more minutes. Add tomatos and red pepper. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes stirring occassionally. Using a hand blender, grind all the ingredients together. Spoon the paste on the pizza base, add both cheese and bake at 120 C for 15 minutes (or until the cheese starts to bubble). I have found my toddler does not like the pizza if it becomes too hard.
The remaining mixture can be frozen for future use. Alternatively, you could add a little bit of salt and fresh basil and drink it up as soup!
