Healthy Chicken Nuggets

Who doesnt love chicken nuggets? A wonderful way to make them healthier is to add pureed spinach (or carrot or cauliflower)

Ingredients:
1/4 kg chicken diced
1/2 bunch of spinach cooked and pureed
1 egg
breadcrumbs

Method:
In a bowl beat the egg into a mix and add the pureed spinach. Make sure that the spinach is not hot. Dip the chicken in the mixture and roll it in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil.
