Kale Chips

Kale kale kale that's what everyone seems to be talking about! It's a superfood, extremely rich in vitamins. This recipe is a fun way to add to your households diet! My daughter didn't love it, but willingly munched on it :)

Ingredients
1 bunch of kale
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Method
Remove the leaves from the hard stem part of the kale.
In a ziploc bag, add kale, oil and salt..
Mix.
Remove from ziploc bag and place in ovenproof dish.
Bake for 10 minutes at 120 C
Take out dish and shake the leaves and bake for additional 5 minutes.
The leaves should be crispy but not burnt.
Serve as a side or snack!
