Tahina Chicken


This wholesome dish is a great way to increase your child's calcium intake!

Ingredients:
1/8 pound chicken
2 tsps Tahina
2 tbsps yogurt
whole wheat pita bread

Method:
Boil the chicken. In a blender, add the chicken, tahina, yogurt and 2 tablespoons of water and mix. In the serving bowl, make tiny pieces of the pita bread. Pour the tahina mixture on top of the bread.
